ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Capital Square, LLC. is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant/Marketing Director who uses skills obtained through experience and training to provide a wide variety of administrative and marketing support services to a manager or group of managers. Some judgment is required to adapt to procedures, processes, and techniques to apply to complex assignments.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic principles of banking, finance, and securities industry operations.
  • Performing a range of staff and/or operational support for a manager or group of managers.
  • Answering telephones and assisting visitors.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Establishing and maintaining files, databases, and bookkeeping records.
  • Sorting, screening and distributing mail.
  • Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications.
  • Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to maintain social media and other forms of marketing.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • College or prior administration experience preferred.
